Dr. John Reinhold

Dr. John Reinhold is the Founder and Past President (Retired) of Christian Care Ministry.  Dr. Reinhold started Christian Care Ministry and, today, through its Medi-Share program, it serves more than 300,000 members, with more than $2 billion dollars in medical bills have been shared and discounted.  Dr. Reinhold is also the President Emeritus of the American Evangelistic Association, an ordaining, licensing and chartering body that was founded in 1954 and today serves ministries globally.

Dr. Reinhold formed the Christian Care Ministry, and its very successful Medi-Share program that shares medical costs among its membership, in 1993, and literally, in his garage.  Today, that organization has grown to serving more than 300,000 members and has shared and discounted more than of $2 billion in members medical bills.  The organization is leader in Christian medical sharing and innovative programs.  Dr. Reinhold served as the Chairman of the organization until his retirement.

He is served, until his retirement, as the President of the American Evangelistic Association – a licensing, ordaining and chartering body established by Dr. John E. Douglas, who served as Chaplain for the U.S. Senate.  The AEA Ministries, which operate globally, has been serving the Kingdom since 1954 and is now in its 63rd year of continuous service.

Dr. Reinhold holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), in Health Science, from the American Institute in New York City and is a graduate of the Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester NY.  He and he wife, Dona, share their time between Melbourne FL and the shores of Lake Ontario in upstate New York.
